* Bootstrap is working with a javascript file “bootstrap-tooltip” (Preview). For add a tooltip on a text you have to add a “rel” called tooltip). Unfortunately this “rel” is not allowed by W3C for now but if you don’t use it the template is 100% ready for HTML 5.
